Conference & Event Centers

Maverick designs, builds, operates, manages, remodels and enhances conference & events centers that host large-scale events such as concerts, conventions, and seminars as well as more intimate events like weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. These operations play an important role in the communities they are in not only through philanthropic involvement but also in memories - many guests have held their family’s every major life event at these locations. Some of these facilities Maverick has operated for nearly 50 years.

 

Restaurants

Since 1972, Maverick has designed, built, operated, owned and managed 15 dinner house restaurant facilities in various counties and states, focusing on unique differentiators for a compelling guest experience - be it a themed restaurant or beautiful view restaurant. Maverick has operated some of these facilities for nearly 50 years - a testament to the longevity and multi-generational commitment to excellence despite continually changing consumer trends and demands.

Hotel Development & Management

Maverick has developed and operated hotel facilities since 2002, having conceived, designed, financed, built, managed and operated Hilton Hotels in the Southern California marketplace and persevered through various economic downturns and events with record-high occupancies and average daily rates within the marketplaces. The commitment to first-class facilities serving the guest while compressing expenses to drive bottom line success is the motivating factor for Maverick.

With founder Brad Perrin’s extensive experience as a California B-1 General Contractor for over 45 years, his leadership & determination to successfully manage challenging and complex projects through the construction period into completion is unmatched within the industry and creates a compelling competitive advantage when constructing new facilities.
